Every Air Show attracts a lot of aviation enthusiasts, so no wonder that the last weekend of June gathered crowds of audience on the old Cracow airport, which was not in use for many years. All of the shows performed by aerobatic teams and soloists were magnificent.

The ambience of the show is difficult to express with just couple of words. There is no doubt that professional but user friendly presenters made great job. There were two of them, both spontaneous and very enthusiastic commentators: Jan Hoffmann (historian of the Polish Aviation Museum) and Edward Marganski (manufacturer of gliders and aircrafts from Bielsko-Biala). Their presentation allowed to enjoy the show as well professionals as their family members and friends. Thanks to both of them, even unpredicted changes in the air show program did not ruined nice ambience.

In the case of mine, this event started one day earlier, while I was walking through museum hangars with my old SLR camera and have been taking aircraft pictures. Unexpectedly I have entered the hangar, where Jan Hoffman was giving a lecture. That was marvelous. What a pity, I completed my studies many years ago!

Welcome to my photo report.
